Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy
Purchases made on lanayabeautyshop.com are territorially limited to Mainland Portugal, islands, and European countries.
All orders placed by the user on Lanaya will be shipped via a carrier with a valid contract with Lanaya at the time of the order (unless the personal pickup option is selected). Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00, except on public holidays and official holidays, according to the schedules previously arranged with the contracted carrier for delivery at the address specified by the user.

provided that the "store pickup" option is selected and after receiving an email confirmation of availability for pickup.
The estimated shipping time for orders within Mainland Portugal is generally 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
For the islands, shipments may be made via carrier, registered mail, or postal package and are subject to delivery times that vary depending on the island of destination. These can be consulted at www.ctt.pt. The estimated delivery time is up to 3 business days after payment confirmation, while postal orders take approximately 6 business days for Madeira and 7 to 16 business days for the Azores, after payment confirmation.
For Europe and non-EU countries, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country but are usually 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery times may be different during promotions, sales, festive seasons, holidays, Black Friday, and for items that are available only “on order.”
If the user purchases an item that is available only “on order,” the delivery time will be calculated based on the timeframe provided by the respective supplier. Pitusca’s response capacity is subject to stock availability and may not be guaranteed during promotions, sales, and festive periods.
If our carrier is unable to deliver the order on the indicated date, the user will be contacted to arrange an alternative delivery date, or the package will be left at the nearest pickup point for personal collection.
As damages may occur during transportation, the user/customer must always check the package upon receipt and verify any damage to the packaging or ordered products. If any damage is detected, the order should not be accepted, and it will be returned.
In such cases, the user must report the situation, properly documented with photographs, and send an email to lanayabeautyshop@gmail.com so that we can proceed with reshipping the order at no additional cost.
Alternatively, the user may cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
If the order is not received within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days from the payment date, please send an email to lanayabeautyshop@gmail.com, informing us of the situation.
After this period, Pitusca cannot be held responsible for any possible loss of the order.
Orders are considered delivered and received by the user upon signing the delivery receipt at the specified address.
During Pitusca’s holiday periods, shipping times will be affected, and any changes will be announced on the website.
This policy has been in effect since March 2025, at 22:30, the date of the last update.
Return Policy
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
